Simon and I understand that our lifestyle and ambitions are dependent on us having a strong foundation of physical health and well-being.
But more than that, being physically fit and therefore mentally energized opens doors in life, and allows us to create incredible opportunities that we can enjoy, share and which become part of our life story. In the words of Harley Davidson "When writing the story of your life, make sure you're the one holding the pen."
Simon and I are lucky, we're both qualified health and fitness coaches, with decades of experience, putting together nutrition plans, targeted excessive routines, flexibility plans and even injury and rehabilitation programs. Would you believe that's how we met? Yep, not a motorcycle in sight. I owned one of the largest fitness centers in the middle of the UK and Simon Was a health professional and coach. Fast forward 15-years and our extensive travels have only added to our understanding of what is specifically needed to get fit and stay healthy, especially if you're the kind of person that wants to explore your real potential.
And, that's why we created FIT4ADV. We have a wealth of experience and expertise that we want to share with you, in order for you to reach whatever health goals you set for yourself.
