Wowed at The WINGATE

don't worry this isn't an informercial, just an acknowledgement of thanks as the recpient of suprising genorosity.

Lisa and I wanted to express our sincere thanks to the Miss Kim (owner) and all the staff at WINGATE Hotel in Houma, Louisiana.

Lisa and I booked the hotel as a stop over as we ride south to Houston and then into Mexico before heading to Cuba. 

This morning we were met with enthusiasm and questions as all the staff had been pouring through our website and Instagram photos. We were then stunned but delighted to find out that Miss Kim (owner) had arranged for us to enjoy two nights of accommodation as their guest.

With great rooms, fast internet and a friendly and warm atmosphere, we accepted gladly. An opportunity to enjoy a cozy bed, and spend a full day attending to our online jobs, while sat in a warm room at a desk is very very welcome.

Lisa and I both feel that It's important to recognize the generosity and support that we receive from relative strangers. This kind of support is never expected but so very much appreciated. Thanks to the support of the staff at WINGATE Hotel, we're able to roll a little further down the road, we're clean, refreshed and with great internet we were able to clear a ton of work from our growing to-do-list. Now we're ready to hit the road.
