Lisa and I wanted to express our sincere thanks to Mr Christopher Issa (owner) and all the staff at Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston Jamaica, who generously supported us with several nights accommodation, following Lisa's accident.

With Lisa unable to travel, and with our insurance cover ended, Mr Issa and the Spanish Court stepped in to save the day and generously provided us several nights accommodation.

I've said this before, but it's worth repeating; when you plans go sideways you often meet the most big-hearted people when you need them the most. This kind of support is never expected but so very much appreciated.

With Lisa recovering it really was a substantial boost not to have to move from the Spanish Court, the wonderfully appointed hotel in the centre of New Kingston that our insurance company had recommended and booked us into.

If I'm honest, the Spanish Court has been the highlight of our Jamaican experience, as much for the luxury accommodation it offers, as for the wonderfully friendly and personable staff, who all showed genuine interest in Lisa's well-being and recovery. We have both been well and truly spoilt.
