Help For Paul and Egle
Friends need your help in Central America
Lisa and I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that's helped and supported us since Lisa's accident.
We're hoping now that you can help us, help good friends and riders Paul and Egle.
Paul and Egel are the motorcycling couple that ditched their own Jamaican plans, and supported Lisa and I when Lisa took her spill. Right now they are stuck in San Blas on the boat with their two crippled bikes that are both waiting on essentail spares. Without these "essential spare" parts they cannot continue.
The problem.
The essential spare parts (clutch's, chain and sprocket kits etc) are currenly in Costa Rica and will be in the capital in Costa Rica any day now. We need to find friends or riders that can collect the parts and help get them to Panama City. Our hope is that we can get together with a rider in Costa Rica, who can get the parts to the border with Panama, and then perhaps ask a rider or two, to collect the parts and transport them to Panama City.
Right now, Lisa and I are without transportation as we landed in Panama City yesterday. Our motorcycles are still aboard the Stahlratte Ship, which is in San Blas. You can see the problem.
Paul and Egle have special permission to import their bikes into Colombia, but they have tight time restraints in order for that to happen and their clock is ticking.
So, if you, or anyone you know, feels that they can help with this logistical jigsaw puzzle, and help out two good samartitians who were there when we needed them, please get in contact.
Paul and Egel are good people who now need the support of the riding community.
