The down side with flexibility training is well, let's face it, it's boring. Here I've put together one of my favourite and easy to follow flexibility sequences to ensure you progress easily and get your workout done in the most time effective manner. But, believe you me, if you follow this simple sequence properly, you will feel like you've been working and your body will thank you. C'mon this takes ten minutes tops. You're worth the investment.
