Enrollment Walk-Through
When you click "Set Up My Wholesale Account" here or on the right top or bottom of this page, you will begin your journey of empowerment to live a natural, better and toxin-free life. Select your language and country and proceed to the enrollment options.
Step 1: Enrollment Options - select the membership that best supports your interest. You can see a comparison HERE.
Step 2: About You - fill out all the red asterisk fields. Your social security number is not required for the Wholesale Customer account, but it is required for the Wellness Advocate account because you have the option to share dōTERRA with
others which provides you with the opportunity to make money. If you make $600 or more within a calendar year dōTERRA is required by law to send you an IRS Form-1099 for income tax purposes. Your date of birth is required on both accounts because you must be 18 years old to have a membership.
Our Enroller ID, if not automatically entered, is 5140650. Leave Sponsor ID blank or enter our ID number again.
Create a password to give you access to your own virtual office that will allow you access to easily place and manage your own orders.
When you select "Continue" in Step 2 it will ask you to verify your address and select if you are inside or outside city limits for your county. This is for sales tax purposes as some times the sales tax rate is different within city limits.
Step 3: First Order Setup - choose your kit! There are arrows on each side of this page for you to scroll and find the kit you wish to enroll with. If you are enrolling with the $35 membership you will select Introductory Kit (this enrollment option has no products). IMPORTANT: The bigger the kit the deeper the discount below wholesale prices at enrollment. >Review kit options.
If you enroll with a Natural Solutions kit or larger you also receive between 100 - 400 product point credits ($100-$400 in FREE oils) after you place your Loyalty Rewards Program order (see short LRP video below) of at least 100PV the following month. Also with the Natural Solutions Kit or larger you will begin your Loyalty Rewards Program (monthly order) rebate earnings at 15% - 25% in product points (depending on the kit) rather than starting at 10% if you choose to place an order the next month. This is an additional way you save money when you are a loyal customer on top of the 25% discount off of retail price that you get with your membership!
Economy shipping is $3.99 flat rate and you will receive $4 as shipping credit the next month that goes into your "dōTERRA bank" where your LRP credits also go, so you can use the credits toward getting products for FREE in the future! Standard shipping is $6.99 flat rate and you will receive $7 as shipping credit the next month. 2-day shipping is $11.99 flat rate and you will receive $12 as shipping credit the next month. Next day shipping is $24.99 and you will receive $25 shipping credit the next month.
Also, be sure to check out any special promotions being offered before you enroll so you don't miss out!
Step 4: Payment Information - You will need to make sure the billing address you enter is the same address your credit card company has on file for you.
Once you choose "Process Order Now & Continue" you will enter in your credit card information for this order.
Upon processing your payment you will be taken to a screen showing your dōTERRA ID number. From there you can choose to set up your Loyalty Rewards Program order for next month - NOTE: you for sure want to process a 100PV LRP if you enrolled with the Natural Solutions, Oil Sharing, Every Oil or Diamond Kit so that you receive your addition 100-400 product point credits!
